Nothing is black and white. Salaries are all over the map based on how well you negotiate. Management doesn't really care what you do as long as you meet your selling goals. Stealing company time by coworkers who disappear for hours and "say they are on other floors with clients". RETURNS RETURNS RETURNS! regardless of policy, BG will often take it back. Very sharky environment! You need a tough skin to sell and you better be quick on your feet to grab a client.
