Great team atmosphere - hard working and kind people; always ready to help; no toxicity; all are working towards common goal. Flexible managers - output based culture, no micromanagement. You can work from anywhere anytime of the day as long as you deliver good work. Flat hierarchy - could be both pro and con. Works well at current size of 30 people. Great product in an exciting industry.

Not a con really, but thought I'd mention it: while owners are flexible they also expect flexibility from employees, as the crypto space is booming and client issues may happen anytime during the week. Only relevant for client facing or tech roles.
