Pros
Interesting projects and relaxed work environment. There were quite a few software engineers who were working there for 20+ years which comes to show the environment is good and people tend to stick around.
Cons
I used to work for a company that got acquired by Bentley, I stayed in Bentley only for 10 months afterwards, main reason was I wouldn't get any decent pay-rise in the foreseeable future, in a salary i thought was already unsatisfactory. There are much better paying jobs in London.
