Pros
Important, visible projects that have local, national, and global impact, opportunity to travel, great income (with generous quarterly bonus structure), and slightly above average benefits.
Cons
The only problem I had with the company was that I was always assigned unhappy customers because the SW development division routinely promises more than it can deliver. After turning around these unhappy clients and getting them back on track, the projects would get reassigned to less-qualified PMs and I was shuttled on to the next angry customer. All the anger (and bad SW delivery pipeline) just got old...fast.
