Career growth gets sluggish at some point. The jobs are very monotonous. Nothing innovative. The same legacy and format based job. Here Structural Engineers, computer programmers, MTech, Btech, BCA MCA everyone are given same status... ..How come everyone is designated as engineers,. The essence of a Mechanical or Civil engineering is generalized and not given any due importance. Guy coming out of good institute and below average institute are treated same. Even some non engineering graduates are having better hierarchy positions or designation then a civil engineer from a reputed Indian college. Poor salary structure for the mid level engineers. HR never review these things.
