Ok place to work - Sales Associate Benson's Pet Center Employee Review

They really care about their employees and it's a very positive/supportive work environment

Not really flexible with calling out/sickness/emergencies because there are not a lot of employees

My coworkers at bensons were all lovely people who made the family business feel like a family, it was a fun, fast paced environment which allowed space to learn. They give adequate training to better their employees, and the store managers care about everyone who works there

They hired me for who I am then forced me to change myself claiming unprofessionalism within four months of working there, the general manager is awfully rude and installs fear into the employees. They do not enjoy any form of self expression and expect a certain look from their employees. If you are not the perfect person, do not apply here.
