Flexibility, vacation and sick days/leave. Working with motivated, creative students in a beautiful setting, autonomy.
Cons
No transparency re salary levels, no parity re salaries, poor communication between departments, no raises year after year, escalating health insurance costs, dysfunctional and top-heavy (and overpaid) senior administration. No accountability for poor performers or rewards for high performers.
