I enjoyed my time at BRIA because of the healthy attitude management had toward employees. I was given adequate guidance while also allowed to exercise my own discretion in how I completed a task. There is always room for improvement when producing documentation for an organization making reviews an important part of the writing process. Criticism during reviews was reasonable and recommendations made perfect sense.

One or two of the persons working directly with clients seemed frustrated but unable to resolve the issued that frustrated them.
