• Lack of Organization and Mismanagement: The company implements new systems they don’t fully understand, leading to severe micromanagement and a lack of progress. • Troubling Onboarding Process: There was no official hiring process—no offer letter, no necessary paperwork—just an expectation to start training immediately. • Unjust Termination: I was terminated after only a week due to someone’s discomfort, with the reason cited as my being late on three occasions. • Pay Cut with Increased Workload: I took a significant pay cut to join this company, leaving a higher-paying job with the hope of a lighter workload. Instead, I was informed that working overtime would be to my benefit. • Vendor Issues: They wanted me to bring my vendors from my previous job to serve as on-site contractors, which could have put me in a situation where they retained my network while excommunicating me. • Favoritism: There is a lot of favoritism and mismanagement due to the inability to understand that work comes at a price. • Lack of Professionalism: You cannot have alliances in a company that’s for-profit; allegiance should be held for the tenants renting the units from their infrastructure. • Low Standards: Bad management trickles downwards, affecting the workload of workers and the expressions of tenants. The standard is beyond low.
