A fantastic company to work for - Customer Service Representative Benistar Employee Review

I have been at Benistar for a few years. I think this company is definitely and has a significant amount of room to grow even further. They do a good job translating that growth into benefits for employees. Whether that is pay, advancement, actual benefits, or the fact that all employee's are owner and benefit from their work.

Because it is a smaller company it is very possible to be regularly asked to do things outside of your standard job description or comfort zone. If you want to pick something and dig into it, you might be disappointed with the amount of time you spend doing non-standard stuff. This might be different from department to department.

The job is close to home allowing me to run home on my lunch if needed.

The office has out-of-date technology, or only one if anything The work-life balance as well as employee moral could be improved. They don't have competitive pay scales or give raises.
