Good coworkers who are both friendly and responsible. Flexible WFH policy.

Everything comes second to revenue. Leadership doesn't care about our pay/benefit package. They've just decreased PTO with no warning. Almost every raise I've ever received has been late. Since I've been here, two thirds of management has left, and less than half of them have been replaced. Instead, Leadership moves their work around to everyone else without any pay increase. Leadership is focused on the bottom-line, which means the team is too small for anyone to be promoted into a new position. To my knowledge, 3 different people (around 10% of the company) are working without job descriptions. Leadership consistently makes promises only to seemingly forget about them.
