Some of the people are nice. That's about all I can think of.
Cons
Let's see here:
-Management is absolutely awful in explaining and describing tasks
-Treated pretty terrible by manager and experience countless times of lashing out when wasn't a mind reader
-Manager had absolutely no time to work with me but as much time as needed by others on team
-Promised a supportive, learning environment in initial interview and received anything but that
-401K along with employee match is awful
-Medical insurance that is self funded is awful
-Raises are terrible
-Training and guidance is pretty much non existent
-Company doesn't understand what constitutes being a team player
-Amount of experience gained in a year was incredibly low. Growth was minimal.
