A wonderful sense of community amongst the staff; gorgeous location with its own gardens and a menagerie of wildlife around the grounds; fearless and driven senior management; fantastic work-life balance mindset.

Somewhat naive when it comes to large-scale, cloud-based solutions; too much trust in third-party solution providers promising the world (this was sad to see).

There is complete favouritism in the office, after a week you’re on your own with no support from anyone except one sales rep. The office managers care about themselves and they favourite the people that have been there for years, they go through staff like no tomorrow.
