Pros
The staff will become some of your closest friends and biggest supporters. You can use all the services -most are free or at wholesale cost. You gain very valuable knowledge about all things health and wellness related. Seeing the patients overcome obstacles and making improvements to better their overall quality of life is seriously the bees knees! If you want more responsibility, just let one of the owners know you have a passion to try something new and they'll teach you.
Cons
The days are long and can be stressful which is manageable but for all the responsibilities and modalities you operate for the office, they should pay the staff, as a whole, what they deserve. There is no PTO/vacation days or 401K.
