Pros

You will always know your schedule because it doesn’t change.

Cons

You work too many days back to back. The manager puts out a schedule for 3 months and you can’t request any time off after it’s out. The company doesn’t care for the wellbeing of their staff. There is also lots of drama in the work place that the manager feeds into.

Pros

- they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

Cons

little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
