Pros
Company is like "Hamlet" on the Glassdoor stage I suppose. I referred a couple connections to the company during my years, so apparently my overall rating of it is good. I am trying to summarize things through objective lens. -- Accessible knowledge and helpful peers for you to leverage, learn and grow as long as you have curiosity and know how to communicate -- Good high-level strategies for the company/products (proven by results), so you know you are growing with the company, customers and industry together in the right direction -- Global collaboration and almost having culture of anti-siloed work (hence so many meetings...) -- Great subscriber and partner community, many of which speak highly of the products and services (of course complaints also exist) -- Flexible re work in office, remotely and travels -- Pretty good compensation package and added benefits
Cons
-- Too many meetings, and too much work -- Too "productive" in actions, not enough engaging discussions and active/critical thinking or debating among broader team -- Not flexible enough to try out and use new tools -- Performance review criteria can't clearly guide and motivate employee to improve
