      Pros

      It is a great mission focused organization aiming to really make a change in policing. Everyone cares about each other and tries their best to keep projects moving forward.

      Cons

      Some work can be repetitive but plenty of new projects on the horizon.

      Overworked no 401k match. Venture capital gutted the place. Not generating a profit financially
