Toxic Environment/High Turnover - Ranch Hand/Trail Guide Benbrook Stables Employee Review

I have enjoyed working at Benbrook Stables. It's a family-run business and I shortly felt like I was apart of the family. Everyone works together which makes for a great work environment. Coming into my position I was able to showcase my strengths but also grew within the job to grow within the company. There have been many ways for me to take on multiples roles and be compensated for. A wonderful work experience at Benbrook Stables.

I don't have any cons to share.

The horses are the only good thing about this place.

Molly (owner) is a nasty, miserable woman. She doesn't care about her employees or horses. Horses are skinny and neglected. She doesn't care if employees are happy or even if they eat lunch. She only cares about money and has no business operating a ranch. Molly is incredibly disrespectful, dishonest, and rude to everyone she meets. She is the only reason I quit. Terrible management. DO NOT WORK HERE.
