Strong products but uncertain future due to changes - Production Belstaff Employee Review

The company has seen soo many changes over a very short period or time it is unknown how this will be in the next 12 months and how many staff will be affected by this. The changes have all been since being under the Castore umbrella. No one knows who’s running the company and who to feed into. There is a lack of support from the higher levels of management. Teams have been significantly reduced in numbers.
