Pros

Met some really great, smart people on my teams and learned a lot from them too!

Cons

The three sisters are terrible managers. They stick their hands in every part of the process and never let people do their jobs, not wanting to take advice or the expertise from the people they hired who are much more well versed on the subject. They are SO cheap and will do anything to save a buck. Pay is so low and benefits are terrible (example: no maternity leave at a female founded and maternity company). They will ask you to constantly do tasks that are not in your job description and micro manage you to death. I am so glad to be gone! Trust me, the good reviews are probably not even from people who work here but just the sisters friends. Steer clear!

Pros

I have never worked for a company where the owners and executive team provide such great support and recognition to their employees. They cultivate a cross-functional atmosphere of teamwork, innovation, and accountability. Management does a great job of fostering a culture of growth and make every effort to provide employees with the resources needed to make their positions flourish. In fact, the Company held a Lunch & Learn event for all new employees, and any older employees who wanted to join, to help get them immersed in the product lines and absorb further knowledge of the brand. Employees loved the event and had the entire day to ask questions and meet some remote employees. The day ended with a wonderful dinner for the entire staff.

Cons

There could be more paid holidays.

Pros

When the sisters do not micro-manage.

Cons

The owners of Belly Bandit and their other company Proof or Shop Proof show off their wealth by social media posts of trips on Private Jets, first class travel for their entire families to Spain, rental mansions, expensive private schools for their kids, except for the LGBT+ sister who has no kids. But they are cheap and demanding on their employees who struggle paycheck to paycheck. Poor examples and causes poor morale.
