Pros
Supportive management, good environment to work in with good training provided and engaging challenges. Made to feel part of the team and welcome . Management nothing like some of the other reviews, site FM sets the standards and gives you everything you need to get there. Empathetic and understanding and treats his team very well.
Cons
The only negatives are some of the things I have read on here which are clearly from ex-employees who did not get what they wanted or weren't as good as they thought they were and didn't like to be told they weren't.
