Pros

Great people for the most part. Relaxed environment, you could basically do what you want, usually not busy at all (10 mins between calls on average and my personal best was 1 hour 31 minutes). This was great since I only worked 4 hours a day but if I had to do it for 7 hours I dont think I could bear the boredom. Calls are so simple anyone could do the job, smartphones allowed on desks, personal calls allowed, TV in office, as many breaks as you want as long as you dont get noticed (you can even leave the building). Great town center location right opposite the train station. Flexible working hours where you can come in late or leave early and make up the time either on the day or another day as agreed with a manager. £50 gift card christmas present.

Cons

Management is a shambles, they actually forgot about a client they had and when the client called they didnt know what to do. Below industry average wage. On site parking reserved for managers and most senior employees otherwise there is a discounted parking scheme (but since I worked part time in the afternoons I parked on site everysingle day). It's customer service so people are just reporting problems to you and complaining about how long its taking to get fixed or how expensive it is. The work itself is boring. Training is almost pointless, all you need to know is how to navigate their system and the rest is detailed in their online manuals/scripts. Overtime is not worth doing unless you want to work after everyone leaves and you have the office basically to yourself with no managers around.
