      - plenty of hours - relaxed environment - good hourly pay - fun co workers

      Cons

      - no special "thank you" gifts or etc during holidays or birthdays even for full time employees that have worked there for years - unfair bonus opportunities

      You often see the CEO and his wife. You feel heard and appreciated.

      Cons

      Many times we where not enough personnel so, we had work a lot / run a lot to compensate for the missing salespersons
