Pros

They pay ok but that's it.

Cons

It's like working in a prison. You are locked in the office with 4 owners and 2 co-workers who think they are the boss. All those over 4 people. If you make a mistake, they will be sure to tell everyone about it. Especially when you go to the restroom. They constantly accuse everyone of stealing since we have to handle the jewelry. They are fake nice but then will put you down at a moment's notice. Nobody can do anything right. They act like you should be continuously thankful for them allowing you to work there. They even get everyone in the door by deceiving them. You answer an ad for Adleman Corp. They tell you it's a call center or marketing agency. When you go in on your first day, you are sat down and told that this is Bellarri and it's dealing with jewelry. They make you come in early, stay late and make you feel horrible if you try to take the hour lunch you're supposed to have. Once you're in there it's very hard to get out to find other employment. You can't schedule interviews during your lunch because you never know when you will be allowed to take lunch or how long you're allowed to have it. You have to come in early and leave late. If you want to find another job you will have to quit first. You can only come in in the morning and say good morning. Anything more than that and you are chewed out. There is absolutely no talking except the tiny bit when you tell someone you're finished with your work. It's like working in a sweatshop that pays better. Bellarri herself acts as if she's too good for her own jewelry. She apparently has risen above us common folk. She will literally put her hand on her chest and gasp if you were to ask her to verify your jewelry count since nobody else is available. I was excited when I got the job, but was running away within weeks of being there. I could go on and on. One of the worst experiences of my life.
