The good reviews can be misleading. When I was there, employees would at times get $500 if there were so many good reviews at various locations. As a result, employees would get as many friends and family to post random good reviews to get the bonuses. It worked. The company does not always do what is right but they will expect it from you. There is a certain level of discontent from upper management to on site teams, depending or the regional, most are not good. With that being said, there are a few good regionals left, but it doesn't make to much of a dent in the overall discontent. Before I started, I read many consistent reviews about bad upper management, when I got there it was more then true, I stayed however because they paid well and I was blessed enough to have a good boss. Last they they can try the approach of making one glove or one way of managing fit every property.
