Really treated staff like family. Good company to work for overall. On the work/life balance, they reward you well for putting in extra effort.
Cons
Seemed upper management is a bit myopic and often hears what they want to and ignores problems. On the work/life balance, they sometimes push "working harder" and miss the "working smarter".
