Overwhelming - Designer Belk Employee Review

New management are just firing people not really knowing what individuals do and how much they contribute to the company. People are overworked and understaffed even though it is promised that they will hire more help. Even though there's new leaderships in place I feel that their attitudes don't change the work environment for better and actually truly look after each of their current employees who puts in 150% and keep their promises instead of letting people go I can see Belk going the way of disappearing department stores.
