Toxic work culture - Marketing Believe Employee Review

Very toxic and old fashioned management style . Many burn out harassment stories and a really high turn over, not for nothing . I could not have any word in the projects, use my expertise or creativity, is was always top down, and not a collaborative way to work. Months of work wasted because one guy at the top, who doesn’t have my expertise on the topic /technical aspect did not view the things in the same way. Condescending comments and treated like a child. I wasted my time and my energy and got put down by my direct manager , and finished in burn out as well. No bye or thank you. Nothing . Some people disappear and are fired just like that. I did not learn anything in this company other than to trust my instinct next time. Do not waste your time here , they are amateurs and it’s a shame they make so much money on behalf of great artists and musicians. Not flexible at all on all HR aspects (remote work etc), I asked for some accommodations because I have a disability and i was told to disclose and discuss it with my direct manager (who was toxic). What the hell . Best decision what to quit.
