      Pros

      The company offer autonomy in work. And managers and department heads are always so supportive. Believe knows how to take care of an employee's training and development needs. One can upgrade oneself and finds tremendous opportunities here.

      Pros

      Really great culture and team cooperation - had a better opportunity that I moved on to but I really enjoyed working at Believe and don't really have any complaints.

      Cons

      Could have provided more clear promotion / bonus structure and cycle for US employees
