Pros

The service guys get to look like walking picnic tables

Cons

Where does one start... Their idea of a review is to tell you all the things you did wrong through the year (which they do document everything you do wrong) and then tell you no raise will be given and call it construct criticism. The morals of management is atrocious, the constant berating and belittling to its employees is the lowest form of constructive criticism. Your employment is based on fear mongering and being watched to the point of paranoia. Not to mention their turnover rate reflects these reviews perfectly. Its extremely high. The management team has little control when it comes to decisions since the owner isinexperienced and extremely hard to work with. The owner would be happy to tell you, never went to college even though it's painfully obvious with miniscule social skills.

Pros

The people you work with are in the trenches with you and for the most part have your back.

Cons

Management. There is no accountability when management makes mistakes or bad decisions. I was repeatedly asked why I did something one way, and when I pointed out that I laid out the risks and asked to do it a different way but was overruled, and then asked again why I did the task the way I was told. I was lied to almost constantly by management and can guarantee they will never be held accountable for their lies and that they are continuing to lie to my coworkers and their customers. I should have se All the five star reviews are either by HR, who does everything to cover for management, or employees told to give good reviews. Don't believe them. I should have been less blind to the red flags when I was told on my first day by my boss that they were taking on all the risk in "investing in me and my skills".
