Pros
1) nice colleague (*only the same level as you. Beware of those more senior or high rank ones as they might turn your words and backstab you)
Cons
1. Your workload don't matches your pay. The management try their best to give you the lowest salary they could and give you more job making you feel that you are very senior. 2. Favourism towards the China teachers who express alot of themselves and keep reporting to the head of department. 3. No standard. As long as parent is unhappy, you are at fault, and higher management will give in their 100% to the parent. 4. Childcare leaves cannot take and use without informing early (if your child suddenly fall sick and you need to take leave, they will not be happy and give you unnecessary comments) 5. They are not open to feedback from staffs. When you feedback something unplease to their ears, they will remember you and you will have no promotion opportunity. 6. Remember the 1 mistake you do. The 99 good things you do is just minor because that's your jobscope. 7. Beware of backstabbing colleagues 8. Beware of colleagues who kpo and create rumors because of something you said. 9. Like to make last minute decision and change suddenly 10. Focus on enrollment rate, resulting in unleasent conflict between colleagues 11. They prefer Malaysian and china staffs because Singaporean are difficult to handle. Malaysian salary are cheaper and easy to handle -quoted by their previous vice principal 12. They don't value staffs who worked for many years, instead they always welcome new blood to join because of the lower-salary —quoted by their principal The list goes on.......
