Colleagues are nice. In some branches, when there is no lesson, we are allowed to sleep.

Management is poor. HR is rude. Some managers are double standard and do not know how to handle problems. When there is an issue, managers often do not know how to solve it. The general manager can be quite petty and sensitive, and the management environment feels political. It feels necessary to be very careful in communication to avoid misunderstandings that may affect work or evaluation. Teachers are not encouraged to give feedback. If you give feedback, you may get marked.
