Pros
At the very least, most of the people that are not managers are very nice and will help you out and teach you everything you will need to know. Solid COVID protocol.
Cons
Where to begin... -They will take advantage of you not knowing your market worth. Be prepared to be underpaid if you don't know what you should be getting paid for. -They are biased towards people knowing more than what is required of them. If you are low on the totem pole, you are expected to be inexperienced and will treat you poorly if you know what you are doing. -Bipolar worker-manager environment. You bust your butt and do a great job and management won't care but the minute you do something they don't like, they will hate you forever. Heaven forbid if you look at your cell phone because they will never let that go. -Most of the management is just terrible. They care more about 'looks' than output. So if you don't look busy even though you pushed massive amount of product out the door, they will brand you as lazy. -HR department ignores people when asking questions, which will mess with figuring out what you need for benefits. -Current product is outdated and management needs to not be afraid of exploring new avenues of product.
