- Kind coworkers - Helpful supervisors - Supportive atmosphere - Opportunity to pick up extra hours

- Not many opportunities for promotion or raises - Favoritism between people in charge - Low pay for a hard job - Change policies without saying much - Lack of proper training - No staff incentives or r appreciation besides an occasional pizza party
