Pros
This is an agency that really cares about their employees and the families they work with. I was hired in at a comparable rate to what is in the market of ABA. Each year they give a raise that is over the typical 3% that I've come in to contact with at other agencies. I feel like the work I do here matters and I get reinforced for that. The owners seem to hire good people that care about what they do. Not sure how there could be a negative review. Everyone is always laughing when i am in the office and they have nice parties a few times a year to celebrate the work we do. Recently they began to give my manager extra to throw special events so therapists can hang out together outside of work hours. I recommend working at BAE if you want good supervision, a fun atmosphere and people working with you to give you the skills you need to advance in the company, or in ABA in general.
Cons
Benefits could always be better. (but could also be worse). Sometimes I think I would like more holidays off work but then sometimes I think that I would miss the extra work days.
