      There is not a single pro to working for this company.

      Cons

      Everything. This is the most disorganized and uncomfortable place to even attempt to work. Upper management is extremely rude, non supportive, everyone is running around without a clue as to what is going on.

      Very motivated to help families. Constantly expanding service to meet needs. We try not to send anyone away.

      Difficult business- demand for service is larger than available staff. Can be stressful.
