      Work with new and relevant technologies and methodologies. Get more time doing actual engineering as this is a startup.

      Cons

      * missing 100% paid maternity/paternity leave. It is only supplied through STD. Which comes with the frustrating 'waiting period'... which should be a crime, but not their fault as it's an insurance standard. *
