Pros

Nice cult like environment if you are looking for that

Cons

Low pay and commissions Unrealistic forecasting makes it impossible to meet goal All products are "nice to have" but not necessities, which makes it very difficult to sell to hospitals that are cutting back and laying off their own employees. Forced to nominate them as a best top company to work for. If you don't fill it out, they will come find you. Cult like environment where no one is allowed to think for themselves or express ideas. Must wear blazers 5 days a week and never take off your jacket unless you are sitting at your desk. Women must wear pantyhose and any violation of the dress code/cult leads to termination.

It is obvious we have an unhappy former associate… who we wish the best in finding the right opportunity and company for her. We are passionate about our products, our people and making a difference in the world. For these reasons and so many more we have been named a Best and Great Place to work and the majority of earning those accolades, not once, not twice, but three times, was based on what our associates had to say, anonymously over the last 10 years. In the category of don’t believe everything you read… we invite you to explore an opportunity with Beekley www.beekley.com/careers and see for yourself how much of a great small company we are! Pros

1) Awesome People to Work With: Everyone does their job well and is very easy to talk to, even if you are from a different department. People will always introduce themselves to you and make sure they are nice to you. 2) Growth and Learning: This company provides a lot of learning opportunities and always wants you to keep moving forward both personally and in your career. 3) Team Dynamics: Different departments have different dynamics, but as I mentioned previously, everyone is nice and always trying to have a good time. If you really like what you do, you will have an awesome team experience and have fun every day at work. 4) Culture: Wow, this company really strives to maintain a healthy culture. On holidays when we do not have the day off, most of my coworkers dress up or decorate the office to make it more fun. We have many activities as a company, including lunches, dinners, parties, and birthday celebrations. For example, we have birthday parties every month with cakes and take all the department members out to lunch. This is not your typical company—they actually care since they are a bit smaller. 5) WFH: They have excellent hybrid or fully remote opportunities. There are departments that only have to come in one day a week or not at all. 6) No Stress: I feel like Beekley is a stress-free environment. As I mentioned before, everyone does their job well, which creates a very stress-free environment. 7) Pay: The pay they offer is very competitive, and you will have opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Not every company is perfect, and there is always room for improvement; however, at this time, I do not have any cons or issues to report.
