Pros

Build skills in a fast-paced environment. Client facing experience from day one. Hiring process is pretty painless.

Cons

The problems start from the word go. Staff allocation is all over the place and staff is often overwhelmed with little help offered or opportunities for growth/reward based on work done. Leadership does not care about investing in talent, leading to staggering staff turnover. An extremely toxic and underhanded company culture with tons of drama and whisper campaigns is pervasive from the top down. There isn't any transparency in any internal initiatives or operations. Often, leadership is not receptive to any feedback from junior/mid-level staff, even if they ask staff specifically for their input. Leadership is very performative and fake in that way. Unfortunately, I am not sure that there is much to remedy this as every attempt to improve morale, culture, or conditions were met with harsh resistance and were pretty much dead on arrival.

Pros

-Everyone is super friendly -Benefits and salary are fair -Has opportunity for growth -Diversity/minority representation was A+

Cons

-Training is a mess, it feels as though no one has time to explain to your role functions with clients. Very throwing you in the deep end on your first day. -There are many groups and sub groups that it’s confused to keep everything straight and who is the right person to ask questions to. -Actual role was different from job listing, hidden job duties made for a more stressful onboarding. -Was stretched to do the job of two people from two different departments. When bringing this up they didn’t seem to see how this was stressful upon being the first week of starting. -Person who was supposed to be there for me just didn’t seem to have the time.
