Pros
-Don't always have to work at night
-Other employees hate it there too so it's a good bonding opportunity
-Chris and Oscar were good and understanding managers and communicated well
-When working with Chris, he would praise for good service and sometimes reward us with slushies
Cons
-When I worked there, Mike the GM would yell and curse at you. Whenever he'd get yelled at by higher management, he'd take it out on the employees
-Mike was a huge micromanager and just craved control
-Even though it's a fast food position, you don't get paid well enough to get yelled at
-Managers weren't good with breaks. Some managers were scheduled 12 hour shifts and never took breaks. This is, of course, an upper management issue
-On my first day, Mike showed up an hour late so I just sat there waiting for him
-Basically, upper management is super controlling and then the managers feel pressured/negative energy and takes it out on the employees
-SOME managers would sit on their phone in the middle of the kitchen while others are working. This wasn't a great example
-ALSO, they don't require you to wear non slip shoes... Most fast food places do.
