Thank you for taking the time to share. I appreciate your feedback of hiring the right people for the job. Whilst our entire evaluation/interview process is extensive, we can only fully evaluate the people<>job<>company fit after on-the-job probation. I am sad that you found this experience to be a waste of time. We did the best we could, but will be constantly looking to improve. Thank you for acknowledging the calibre of our team. I know each of them can excel at any other company but they choose us, for which I am grateful for, everyday. Thanks again for your time and efforts at BeeX. We wish you all the best, Cheers Grace Chia, CEO

Pros

Requires individual to be highly independent and resourceful. Upper management listens!

Cons

Not much cons for the company. It boils down to the capabilities of the individual.

Pros

· Everyone in the company including the senior management is very accessible. This makes it easy to work with people across different departments. · Communication from the senior management is clear and transparent. There are frequent company gatherings where the management will update employees on the company's status and upcoming milestones to accomplish. · The people here are approachable. When there are things that I am unsure about, I can easily find someone to guide me on the right track. · Personally, I think the technology the company is building is very cool. I definitely picked up many new engineering skills and knowledge during my short stint here.

Cons

· Not necessarily a con but some of the work is a bit laborious and requires more physical strength. You should be prepared to get your hands dirty. · Depending on the operational requirements, you might need to OT to get the job done. · Another point that is not necessarily a con. The tasks assigned can be fairly open-ended. You will need to be able to figure out quite a lot of things by yourself. If you prefer a job that assigns tasks with more structure and a clear set of requirements, the work here might not suit you.
