I used to really like working at this company, but things have gone downhill lately. A few months or a year ago, it was a good place to be, but now it’s all about micromanagement. There’s no salary increase, no Diwali bonus—nothing. They treat you like a workhorse with no consideration for work-life balance. It feels like they’re always breathing down your neck and never really understanding or valuing their employees. It’s become a pretty frustrating place to work and creating unnecesary stress
