Company that cares and promotes from within - Administrative Bee Line Support Employee Review

I have been working for BeeLine for quite a while now, and it has been a great experience! From the day of my application to this point, as an employee, it has been really wonderful! Miss Luz Rodriguez, with whom I communicate regarding paperwork and the hiring process, is very kind and replies promptly to whatever questions or information I may need. This is something I truly appreciate. My first day on the job, I was greeted nicely by my supervisor, Eduardo Tellez, who explained and taught me everything I needed to know about the job. After a few months, I have noticed that this company is very good at informing their employees about what is currently going on in and out of the company, in many forms too, like newsletters and emails about safety guidelines. As an employee like me, I pay attention to stuff like this. There is also an opportunity for advancement, which is a big indication that BeeLine is a growing and expanding company. Now, I know I sound like an endorsement, but as a Christian, I believe that everything and everyone in my life was truly a blessing from God. And that is how I feel about working at BeeLine. And for everyone I have met and continue to meet in the company, this is me just being grateful. In my case, I have to do a lot of driving. But since I work with my husband now, this is not an issue anymore. If you do enjoy driving, you will be just fine. Or if you don't, just request a location that will work for you. They will always work with you.

Coworkers, a lot of them would make day to day opporations manageable.

To start I was a Area manager here and I have to say this was one of the most mentally draining places to work. This place would take on new customers without considering the lack of employees we already had. The first thing that turned me off was when they wanted us managers to do new hire interviews despite having other more important work to do, then they wanted to throw the blame on us when they quit. This places also put managers on salary and a working time of 3pm-12am but I would work untill 2-3am on most days trying to cover call offs and finish administrative work that had a set date. And sometimes I would even have to do things on Saturdays because even though I was supposed to be "OFF" If something came up I HAD to respond. I ended up quitting for a job that actually values my home life and if you do too then stay away!
