Pros

Free food, snacks, beverages etc Sensible and flexible hybrid working policy, I have been to places before that have been really strict but as long as your making and effort to come in twice a week then the odd emergency etc is fine The culture within the development teams is very positive with people caring about the services they support. For example care and time is taken on PRs to ensure the quality of the work is good and support is provided to help you get through issues and improve Bede follow a lot of good practices and frameworks software development wise You are given time at the end of sprints for self development and a new framework has been released to help you gauge where you are at and point towards areas to work on Tech stack is very good using latest frameworks and constantly innovating and improving on this

Cons

Although the CDF provides us with a tool to help us progress it's quite unclear at the moment how exactly that relates to different titles. Main example I have not found any info on what is required for me to go from a mid level to senior developer. Typically at places I have worked at previously we have had a longer term roadmap of what teams will be working on for example 1 year plus so it would be nice to know what the teams are working on towards the end of the year. There are a lot of different departments and a lot of cross responsibilities which can make it hard to get things done at times, or a lot of extra effort and meetings to keep people in the loop of changes, not sure how this can be sorted though without simplifying processes. Maybe a doc that outlined the different departments and their typical roles?
