On several occasions had some employment opportunities for me. On one occasion not sure with-held the truth or that they lost track of me in their system but said they had put me forward as a candidate, found out through another recruiter that they didn't even put me forward for the role even though they told me they did. Had several other opportunities where there was a lack of follow up, and an instance where plain forgot about a role they told me I was suited for and that they would get back to me about. Tends to pigeonhole you even if you have a broad skill set, won't put you forward for certain roles unless you have a lot of experience in a specific area.

Lovely creative and marketing recruitment agency with a family feel - was made to feel welcome and part of the team as soon as I started, and was very supported during a tough time in lockdown! Management welcome autonomy with their consultants - the role is what you make it and you are trusted with managing your own schedule / KPIs to ensure success. Lovely socials too!

Not necessarily a con but recruitment is fast paced and you have to be prepared to work hard and deliver quick turnarounds on roles.
