Health Benefits are probably a bit above average, but they contribute the maximum to the HSA plan which some don't realize and this heaviky offsets premiums.

Mostly remote work, relatively light travel for consulting

Have to compete with coworkers to get projects to work on. Management says they won’t layoff and then a few months later they layoff employees. They can’t manage their headcount and overhire to layoff all within a few months. Healthcare benefits are subpar. Most of the work is quite mundane, and some of the clients are abusive. If you have a stable job I would not recommend leaving for this employer. I think years ago they had a much better reputation although it’s gone downhill recently.
