      Pros

      - Great people! Everyone is awesome and always willing to help and support others. - Plenty of Opportunities with great variety - Supportive team to meet your objectives - Feel valued and not like a cog in the machine - Faster career progression rather than the technical disciplines - Graduate conferences are great

      Cons

      - Pay is lower than other non-corporate project management firms. - Lots of processes and procedures can make things feel very slow. Especially after a performance review - People that are louder and more out there tend to get more opportunities - Graduate programme does not feel like a programme

      Pros

      Great learning curve, but no place for a career.

      Cons

      Its like working for a cult. The ego of the place is utterly revolting, the culture is one of bullying. For an engineering firm it lacks business innovation, and its salarys are appauling.
