Toxic leadership with zero respect for employees as human beings. The CEO demonstrates outdated, aggressive sales thinking that might have worked decades ago, but is completely disconnected from today’s workplace reality. Extreme micromanagement from the top, paired with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations. No real opportunity for growth, learning, or career development — this role is a dead end. Communication from upper management is often demeaning, unprofessional, and emotionally draining. Employees are frequently made to feel disposable and blamed for systemic failures. Expect intrusive behavior, including being contacted during business trips or personal time to “push performance.” The overall environment is mentally exhausting and demoralizing; it erodes motivation rather than builds it. I genuinely believe this is one of those workplaces where staying too long can damage your confidence and well-being. Even entry-level or fast-food roles would offer a healthier, more respectful environment than this. Strongly recommend staying away.
