- cliquey senior leadership team only interested in scratching each other’s backs, all completely out of touch with the rest of the workforce - senior leadership is a revolving door of egos masquerading as “strategy” - high staff turnover at every level, eg 5 creative directors in 5 years, each with their own “vision” that resulted in months of work and £££ down the drain - lots of surprise redundancies in lower ranks, which often coincide with senior leadership team promotions and pay rises… - brand itself lacks direction and has lost its sense of purpose - blame culture rife throughout - no opportunities for career progression or pay rises, unless you are in SLT.
