I've worked here for many years and the positive is that there are great people with many years that work hard to push the company forward. The company is family owned, so there a strong foundation within the company and they constantly invest back into the business.

The pace is intense so there's a lot of stress that comes with that. The company is a manufacturing company, so there's always something going wrong and a lot of demands from the customers that need to be met. If you're not into hustle or struggle with change, this is not the place for you.

Management, HR and CEO are very unethical. The management and CEO at this company lack ethical integrity. Despite a public persona of being family-oriented, the leadership team's behavior contradicts these values. Specifically, the CEO has engaged in an unprofessional relationship with a subordinate, resulting in preferential promotions for that individual. Furthermore, it is common practice for leadership to involve employees and clients in inappropriate activities at strip clubs, which fosters an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment.
